Laura Umansky is the founder and CEO of Laura U Design Collective, a nationally recognized luxury residential design firm based in Houston and Aspen. With a background in studio art and architecture, Laura is known for creating interiors that exude warmth, romance, and a little edge—spaces that are as livable as they are visually striking. 

Since launching her firm in 2006, she has led high-end projects across the country and been featured in Elle Decor, House Beautiful, and Luxe, earning numerous design accolades along the way. Laura is also the co-founder of DesignDash, a platform dedicated to giving creative entrepreneurs the tools and guidance they need to build thriving businesses while doing work they love.
